Ezekiel Bible studies

This is a verse-by-verse commentary on the book of Ezekiel, developed over seven volumes covering chapters 1 through 48. Each volume examines the text in its plain meaning before drawing out the topological, Christological, and eschatological significance that runs through Ezekiel's prophecy from beginning to end.

The studies are written for those who want more than a surface reading — those who are willing to follow the text wherever it leads, including into the harder questions about priesthood, judgment, resurrection, and the return of Messiah. A canonical theological overview by theologian Phil Wolfe opens each volume, placing Ezekiel within the full arc of Scripture.

Daniel BIble Studies and Supporting documents

Page Introduction

I'm not an orthodox teacher — what follows is my own verse-by-verse study through the Book of Daniel, told in two volumes, with six companion studies that dig deeper into specific questions the text raises. The full introduction to each one is below the downloads, if you'd like to keep reading.

Volume 1 (Chapters 1–6)

The narrative half of the book — Daniel and three friends across four kings, one unbroken testimony.

Volume 2 (Chapters 7–12)

Daniel's own visions — four beasts, a sealed book, and a road to the time of the end.

This Generation and the 70th Week of Daniel

The broadest companion studyone continuous timeline from Daniel's day through Revelation's judgments.

Seven Stars of Daniel

Israel and the Gentile church's parallel timelines, traced through seven voices and an eighth.

Daniel 12:2 and Ezekiel 37

Why these two “graves opening” passages aren't the same event.

Identifying the Beast in Daniel's 70th Week

One spirit traced through four empires, from Daniel 7 to Revelation's beast.

Daniel 12:11–12: The 1,335 Days

The final count of the 70th week, traced one event at a time.

The twelve minor prophets

Page Introduction

I'm not an orthodox teacher, and I don't offer this study as one. What you'll find here is the record of my own time following one phrase — “the day of YAHWEH” — across all twelve of the Minor Prophets, from Joel's opening warning to Zechariah's closing vision of a King recognized by the whole earth.

Rather than a chapter-by-chapter walk through each of the Twelve, this study follows the day of YAHWEH as a single thread through six Parts: the phrase itself as it appears across five different books, Zechariah's own night of eight visions, the pierced King and struck Shepherd who point straight to the cross, the nations judged and a remnant gathered home, one prophet's hardest questions answered with an unshakable faith, and a closing chapter that gathers every thread into one. Along the way, this study holds itself to a simple standard: every New Testament connection made here is traced back to where it was already written, centuries earlier, in these same twelve small books.

Alongside the six-Part study, you'll also find a full companion commentary on Zechariah 14 — the very chapter this study's own closing Part points to as the place where everything else converges.

This study uses YAHWEH, Elohim, and Yahshua rather than the more familiar LORD, God, and Jesus. I'd rather you test everything you read here against Scripture itself than take my word for it.

The Day of YAHWEH: The Minor Prophets and the Road to Revelation

Twelve small books carry one repeated warning — a coming day of YAHWEH, both judgment and restoration — and this study follows that thread wherever it runs thickest. Six Parts move from the phrase's own first appearances in Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Zephaniah, and Malachi, through a single night of eight visions in Zechariah, to a pierced King and a struck Shepherd who carry this study straight to the cross and the empty tomb. From there it widens back out — nations judged, a fallen house of David rebuilt, a prophet's own faith tested down to nothing and found sufficient anyway — before closing with the one chapter every other Part was quietly pointing toward all along.

Zechariah Chapter Fourteen Commentary

A verse-by-verse walk through Zechariah 14, read alongside Daniel's seventieth week from the middle of the week to its end — the Mount of Olives split in two, the two witnesses, Yahshua's own descent, and the Millennium era that Zechariah's closing verses describe. This same chapter is where The Day of YAHWEH study above ends its own six-Part road, so the two are worth reading together — one built the short way in, the other the long way there.
